The safety and security of your information also depends on you. HOW MIDAS MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

By providing Midas with your resume and completing an application, you authorize Midas to collect, use, store, transfer, and purge the information for employment-related purposes. Further, you authorize Midas and its employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries to contact you (including but not limited to phone calls, text messages, and emails) regarding current or future job opportunities, placement or assignment details for or from its clients, and for any other purpose intended to enhance the employer to employee relationship between you and Midas and its clients.

If you purchase a product or service at any of our sites, including an In-Sight product through Aha!, we may also ask for your credit card number or other account number you wish to be charged. We do not give out your credit card or other account information to third parties unless you authorize us to do so or if it is necessary to fulfill our responsibilities, including, but not limited to, delivering a product or service you order. We currently use a third party vendor to process online payments. In addition to a credit card number or account information, they may also request your name, cardholder’s name, billing address, phone number, and email address. While making these purchases for products or services, this Privacy Policy will not apply and the transaction and collection will be governed by the third party’s privacy policy and/or terms of use.

If you choose not to provide Midas with your personal information, you may still visit most of the Midas websites. However, you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services and you may be unable to take advantage of certain Midas benefits or membership.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Our websites may use social media features, such as the Facebook “like” button, the “Tweet” button and other sharing tabs and links (“Social Media Features”). You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on a website to a profile page of yours that is provided by a third party social media network in order to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by the respective social media network or hosted directly on our websites.

To the extent the Social Media Features are hosted by the respective social media networks, the latter may receive information that you have visited our website from your IP address. If you are logged into your social media account, it is possible that the respective social media network can link your visit of our websites with your social media profile.

Your interactions with Social Media Features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing the relevant Social Media Features.

PHONE APPLICATION (“App”) and TELEPHONE LOG INFORMATION

“Google Analytics”

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” and may use other third party analytic tools to collect information about use of Midas websites. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit Midas websites and what pages they visit when they do so. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve Midas. Google Analytics does not collect your name or other identifying information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your device to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit Midas sites, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.
